The Latinx Practice Collective is a nationwide membership community for Latinx mental health clinicians at every stage of private practice - from those just starting out to those building something much bigger than themselves.
You already know how to do the clinical work. What we created is the space no one else built for us... where the business questions have real answers, the community understands both the professional and the cultural weight of this path, and growth does not have to mean going it alone. And the people in the room? We get it - all of it.
Whether you are launching your first practice, stabilizing what you have built, expanding into group practice, or stepping into consulting, speaking, and leadership in the field - this is your comunidad.
