Virtual and free

Applications close July 31

Two networks, one goal

The Latinx Practice Collective brings the practices. The Madrina Network brings the candidates. Together that's a room full of private practices hiring and people who want exactly that kind of work.

No job board, no middleman. Just owners and candidates, talking directly.

What it is

A live, virtual hiring event made for private practice. Practices introduce themselves and the roles they're hiring for. Then breakout rooms open and you talk directly with the practices you want to know more about.

Whether you're building a practice or looking to join one, this is for you.

If you're hiring

You run a private practice and you have roles to fill. Come meet candidates who specifically want private practice work, so the conversations start warmer than any job post.

You'll introduce your practice and your openings to the room, then meet candidates directly.

We're looking for practices hiring for any of these:

  • Clinicians

  • Interns

  • Intake coordinators

  • Admin and support staff

Open to practices anywhere in the country, as long as you're actively hiring.

If you're looking

You want to work in a private practice. Maybe as a clinician, maybe as an intern building hours, maybe in intake or admin. This is where you meet the practices doing the hiring.

Hear owners introduce their practices live, then talk to the ones you want. No resumes disappearing into the void. You're in the room with the people making the decisions.

This is for you if you're looking for:

  • Clinical work

  • An internship

  • An intake coordinator role

  • Admin or support work

How it works

  1. Apply. Pick your track, hiring or seeking. Each one has its own quick form so we only ask what's relevant to you.

  2. Get confirmed. We review every application to keep the room a good fit on both sides, then send your spot and the event link.

  3. Preview who's coming. Ahead of time, we share write-ups on everyone taking part, practices and candidates both, so you walk in already knowing who you want to meet.

  4. Join us live. Introductions first, then breakout rooms.

  5. Follow up. Leave with names, next steps, and real contacts.

FAQs

Is there a cost to attend?

No. It's free whether you're hiring or looking.

Where is it?

Online, on Zoom. You'll get the link once your spot is confirmed.

Who is this for?

Anyone who wants to work in a private practice setting, and any private practice that's actively hiring. That includes clinicians, interns, intake coordinators, and admin staff.

Do you review applications?

Yes. We review every application, hiring and seeking, to keep the room a good fit on both sides. We'll confirm your spot before the event.

Do I have to be a member of either organization?

No. The event is open to everyone. Membership is not required to apply.

I'm not local. Can I still join?

Yes. It's virtual and open to practices and job seekers nationwide.

I run a practice but I'm not sure I qualify. Should I apply?

If you have real, open roles, apply. We review every practice to confirm fit before the event.

Do I need to prepare anything?

Job seekers, have your questions ready and know which practices you want to meet. Practices, be ready to introduce your practice and your openings. We'll send guidance before the day.

How long is it?

Two and a half hours, from 12:00 to 2:30 PM ET. The introductions and the breakout rooms both matter, so plan to be there start to finish.
