ABOUT ME:

Hi, I’m Jessica Mora (she/her/ella), a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in New Jersey. I specialize in supporting adults who are first-generation and/or immigrants navigating the unique challenges of living in the U.S.

My approach is rooted in compassion, cultural humility, and understanding, as I support people process the complexities of identity, belonging, and intergenerational experiences. Additionally, I integrate a variety of evidence-based practices, including Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic-based strategies, and mindfulness-based techniques. I’m also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) II and hold certifications in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, the Trauma Conscious Yoga Method, and Clinical Social Work Supervision. With over a decade of experience, including my work as a Certified Confidential Sexual Violence Advocate, I support people process interpersonal and intergenerational trauma, reconnect with their authentic selves, and move toward healing and empowerment.

Together, we’ll work toward healing, empowerment, and thriving in your authentic self.
